The problem with the frame and wheels occurred within the first month of having it and we have been going backwards and forwards to the shop ever since! We've had both front wheels replaced twice and fixed by tightening the pivots so many times i have lost count. Hi laura, I have experienced the exact same problems with my sola too after also having it for almost 6months. All of these are not manufacturing faults but from how its been used. Impact can be spotted easily as the clear lacquer that is painted onto the tubing will fracture. Most likely cause is either from putting shopping on top of the chassis when its folded and in the car boot, or an impact when its folded, as the chassis is easy to twist when folded. If the fault does not follow the wheel then there is an issue with the chassis, most likely this is twisted, and it could be caused by putting weight on the handle as the handle, but its unlikely as you'd have to be carrying a fair weight in the bags. This is a manufacturing fault if it is this and can be fixed. The fault with the wheel is caused by a small nut been too tight, this prevents the suspension from moving correctly, and can be fixed by either loosening the nut or getting a replacement wheel housing. Try swapping the wheels to the opposite side, if the wheel that was not touching the floor stays in the same position then its the chassis, but if the fault follows the wheel then the fault is with the wheel.

First of all check where the fault is, it could be on the chassis, or on the wheel.
